01Acceptance of Terms

03Account Registration

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. FB77 may request identity verification at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable verification documents include national identity cards or other government-issued identification.

FB77 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

04Deposits & Payments

All deposits on FB77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available from time to time.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your FB77 balance within one to three minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

• FB77 does not charge any fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit page.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your FB77 balance.
• FB77 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to fund an account.

If a deposit does not reflect within the expected timeframe, contact FB77 support via live chat with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit before the first has been resolved, as this may complicate the investigation.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. PKR withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of the request being submitted, subject to verification checks.
• FB77 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not linked to the account holder.

06Bonuses & Promotions

FB77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions outlined here.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The eligible game list and contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active at a time. Requesting a new bonus while another is active may result in the existing bonus being voided.
• Abuse Prevention: FB77 monitors bonus usage. Any indication of systematic abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

07Game Rules & Fair Play

By playing any game on FB77, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by real dealers operating in controlled studio environments.
• You understand the rules of any game before you place a wager. FB77 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics.

08Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and will not change regardless of subsequent market movement.
• FB77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were published due to human or technical error.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. During this period, odds may change. If the odds change after you submit a live bet, you will be presented with the updated price and the option to accept or decline.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Bets on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned will be treated according to the individual sport's settlement rules as stated in the sportsbook terms.
• Results are settled based on official sources. FB77's settlement decisions are final once applied.
• FB77 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator combination.

09Prohibited Conduct

10Account Suspension & Closure

FB77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute related to a deposit made to the account.
• A request from a payment processor, financial institution, or law enforcement body.
